We're Hiring: UX/UI Designer (AI & Conversational Experiences)
Are you passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences? Do you enjoy transforming complex user needs into seamless journeys and elegant interfaces? We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered and conversational digital products.
Hybrid or remote options can be considered.

What you'll do

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user experience assessments
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems
• Ensure products meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles (WCAG)
• Collaborate closely with developers, content designers, product owners, and AI specialists
• Use testing, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve the experience

What we're looking for

• Strong expertise in UX Design and UI Design
• Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies
• Solid understanding of Accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Proficiency in Wireframing and Prototyping
• Experience conducting and interpreting User Research
• Strong skills in Figma (or similar design tools)
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating user-centered experiences
• Knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
