A private healthcare group is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a premium inpatient ward. You will drive clinical quality, staff development and smooth ward operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day ward operations aligned with hospital goals
• Ensure high standards of nursing care and compliance with quality systems and procedures
• Build nursing capacity and capability through orientation, induction and competency assessment
• Recognise high performers and support career progression
• Plan the ward roster in line with service needs
• Identify and groom successors for key roles
• Support staff development, appraisals and continuing education
• Foster team engagement and role model leadership behaviour
• Manage resources, budget and patient experience
• Respond to feedback and drive service improvements

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing and above, with valid SNB registration
• Experience as Assistant Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager in a ward setting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of nursing quality and patient safety standards
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with competency frameworks is an advantage
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Service-oriented and resilient
