Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Immediate/Urgent Care

• 2-5 years of experience required in urgent care or primary care
• Weekend availability required
• Minimum 2 days of availability per 4-week schedule block required
• Strong, supportive and team-oriented environment
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan
Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $94.55 and $119.57 per hour
• Compensation listed is based on full-time status. Compensation is pro-rated
accordingly for part-time and per diem positions.
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include
productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call
stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the
position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.

variation due to the factors noted above.
