Job Summary:
The Resident Nurse will provide continuous medical care, health monitoring, and emotional support to residents at the destitute home. The role involves staying on-site and ensuring the overall well-being, hygiene, and comfort of all residents through compassionate and professional nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Assist in daily activities such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility support.
- Maintain medical records and report any changes in health status to the concerned doctor or supervisor.
- Support residents with empathy and dignity, ensuring a safe and caring environment.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for medical check-ups and emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the nursing and residential areas.
- Offer first aid and manage minor illnesses or injuries promptly.
