Nursing Virtual Learning Coordinator

Our client is a global healthcare organization seeking experienced nursing professionals to deliver virtual clinical education, training, and professional development programs for its US-based nursing workforce.

This role focuses on facilitating engaging online learning experiences, supporting nurse onboarding, clinical competency development, and continuous professional education. You will collaborate with US-based nursing education specialists to ensure training programs meet clinical standards and organizational requirements.


Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual nursing education, clinical training, and professional development programs.
• Facilitate online orientation, onboarding, nurse residency, and specialized clinical training.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences using virtual education platforms.
• Collaborate with US-based nursing education specialists to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
• Apply adult learning principles, clinical knowledge, and appropriate teaching methods to educational programs.
• Support clinical competency assessments and validation activities.
• Monitor training performance, analyze learning outcomes, and prepare reports.
• Ensure educational content aligns with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve virtual learning programs and nursing professional development.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – required.
• Minimum 5 years of combined clinical and leadership or learning and development experience.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant nursing specialty.
• Additional 2 years of progressive leadership experience or professional development project work.
• Strong understanding of professional nursing practice, clinical education, and competency assessment.
• Experience designing, facilitating, or delivering training and educational programs.
• Familiarity with virtual learning platforms, adult learning principles, and learning evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
