Small Steps is excited to offer a unique hybrid role which will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model creates meaningful collaboration across disciplines while supporting children in a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos, our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive, functional, and family-centered treatment plans that honor each child's strengths, interests, and goals.

Qualifications
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Current MA state licensure/certification as a Occupational Therapist
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach
