Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN position at an assisted living community with an outpatient clinic located at StoneBridge Senior Living in Saint Merritt Island, Florida. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who is passionate about delivering quality patient care and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program approved by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Active state license to practice as a COTA in Florida
