Odoo Solutions Architect

UBQ.io is seeking an Odoo Techno-Functional Specialist to support implementation, integration, and ongoing Odoo management. You will serve as the internal Odoo SME and system owner, translating business needs into Odoo solutions and coordinating with an external partner.

The role involves configuring modules, testing, and ensuring Odoo remains aligned with evolving business requirements across the organization. Milano-based, onsite role with cross-functional exposure.

Act as the internal SME and primary Odoo contact. Coordinate with external partner to deliver requirements and resolve blockers. Gather and translate business requirements into Odoo configurations and workflows. Configure and maintain Odoo modules and workflows. Support integration of new Odoo modules with existing systems. Assess whether requirements can be addressed via standard Odoo functionality, configuration, integration, or custom development. Define and coordinate requirements for customizations, APIs, integrations, and data migrations. Perform functional and integration testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Troubleshoot Odoo issues and coordinate resolution with the external partner. Maintain relevant system, process, and integration documentation and guide Odoo users. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve business processes through Odoo. Support system upgrades, new module implementations, and the Odoo improvement roadmap. 3+ years hands-on Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, or support. Strong functional knowledge across multiple Odoo modules. Experience gathering requirements and translating into ERP configurations, workflows, and functional specifications. Experience integrating Odoo with third-party systems. Good understanding of APIs, data mapping, and data migration concepts. Ability to understand Odoo's technical architecture and work with developers/partners. Experience with testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex business processes. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
