The Position: We are looking for an Office Assistant I to join our growing team!
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2 office administration and/or customer service experience

Overview:
The Office Assistant I, under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, is responsible for the support of the Office Assistant II.
Essential Functions:
- Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls
- Reschedule all shipment delays if they arise
- Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources
- Liaison between corporate and patient
- Other tasks as assigned
