Office Manager - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (WP)
The Office manager oversees the operation of the front office in the BHC, assigning tasks and providing supervision to 2 secretaries; oversees reception and centralized appointment scheduling for all BHC therapists and prescribers; Coordinates with the Behavioral Health Integration Coordinator and Rapid Access therapist on scheduling intakes for new patients and will work with the Clinic Director to coordinate office functions with the clinical staff and with other programs and hospital departments on a daily basis..
Required or preferred qualifications:
1. Minimum of one year experience in an outpatient behavioral health or similar setting, preferably with some management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
3. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, not required
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
