Location: Kohler, WIOpportunityThis entry level role is ideal for someone who loves working outdoors and staying active in a fun, fast paced setting. You’ll learn the fundamentals of golf hospitality while helping keep oncourse food and beverage operations running smoothly. It’s a great way to build service skills and grow toward future oncourse serving opportunities.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESOn-Course Service Support Assist Course Servers with loading and unloading their beverage carts. Monitor inventory levels for carts and stands to ensure they remain stocked throughout the day. Deliver product and guest orders to Course Servers on the course as needed Provide break coverage for Course Servers during the day to maintain seamless service. Clubhouse Support Receive, check in, rotate and organize product deliveries. Maintain clean, stocked storerooms and coolers. Fulfill daily clubhouse bar and server requisitions Update and maintain inventory logs. Keep office, storage, and prep areas organized. Follow all safety and sanitation standards. Training & Growth Opportunities Gain exposure to guest service, beverage handling, course operations, and inventory processes. Learn daily operations from Course Servers and leadership, progressing toward on-course serving responsibilities. We have seasonal opportunities available. Shifts vary between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.
