As a Onboarding Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Execute comprehensive KYB and due diligence reviews for merchants across Europe and LATAM, strictly adhering to global AML/CTF regulations.
  • Make critical, risk-based decisions on complex onboarding cases and handle high-level compliance escalations efficiently.
  • Prepare and present detailed regulatory compliance, AML, and risk reports to internal committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding workflows, reduce friction, and enhance global operational efficiency.
  • Manage case queues and documentation using internal tools, JIRA, and G-Suite.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of deep experience in AML/CTF regulations, KYB processes, and due diligence within fintech, payments, or banking.
  • Advanced-Intermediate to Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for seamless global collaboration.
  • Proven track record of complex decision-making and successfully managing operational or compliance escalations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and extract actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of workflow and reporting tools (JIRA, G-Suite, or MS Office).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working across multiple regulatory jurisdictions, specifically in Europe and LATAM.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency or workflow automation.
