About The Role
Our hiring office is dedicated to welcoming and onboarding new members of the workforce. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring new hires are processed efficiently, accurately, and with a positive candidate experience.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn more about Human Resources and Recruiting. The role is well-suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting candidates as they arrive and aiding with questions while maintaining superior customer service
- Supporting electronic onboarding and monitoring completion of computer-based training
- Coordinating pre-employment screenings and additional training requirements
- Setting up and maintaining accurate employee files
- Communicating with hiring managers, candidates, payroll, and team members regarding onboarding status
- Maintaining requisition tracking spreadsheets
- Accurately entering new hires into the payroll system once onboarding is complete
