One Identity Manager Architect
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in One Identity Manager implementation, integration, and customization projects.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle management processes.
- Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and multi-entity or multi-country environments.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with operational support models, service management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM environments.
