One Iron Bar Server - PM

CordeValle is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time P.M. Server to join our team at One Iron Bar, our signature dining venue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and can deliver high-quality service to our members and guests. While the primary focus is on pm shifts at One Iron Bar, this position may also support other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests

• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section and overall dining room

• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service

• Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation regulations

• Follow CordeValle grooming standards and uniform requirements

• Assist in other Food & Beverage departments or functions as business needs dictate

• Minimum 1 year of server experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred

• California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required (or must obtain within 5 days of hire)

• Food Handler Certification (California compliant) required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

• Weekend and holiday availability is required
