About the Role

We are looking for an Online Marketing Sales Expert to manage and develop a portfolio of content creators on a leading global video-sharing platform.

You will act as a trusted business consultant, helping creators improve their channel performance, increase platform engagement and make effective use of available tools and features.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of content creators.
• Build strong relationships and understand each creator's business objectives.
• Recommend platform tools and features to improve channel performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and increase platform adoption.
• Conduct customer interactions through video calls, phone and email.
• Manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize follow-ups.
• Work towards individual productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, online advertising or social media.
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in account management, portfolio management or customer engagement is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Target-driven, customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or Journalism is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €760 gross/month
• Holiday allowance: €63.33/month
• Christmas allowance: €63.33/month
• Meal allowance: €4.72 per working day (approximately €103.84 for 22 working days)
• Variable productivity bonus: Up to €500/month, depending on performance
• Private health insurance after employment contract signature, subject to having a Portuguese NIF and Social Security number.

Important salary clarification: The supplied salary breakdown lists a total gross package of €1,490.50, but the listed fixed components add up to €990.50 (€760 + €63.33 + €63.33 + €103.84). The €500 performance bonus appears to have been included in the stated total. Therefore, the fixed monthly gross package is €990.50, with potential earnings of up to €1,490.50 if the full bonus is achieved.

Training & Contract

• Training duration: Approximately 20 working days.
• Training schedule: 8 hours per day, delivered in English.
• Training compensation: €760/month under a 40-day training contract.
• Initial employment contract: 12 months.
• Renewable for a further 12 months.
• Permanent contract after 2 years, as specified in the project information.
• One-month trial period.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00–17:00
• 40 hours per week, plus a one-hour lunch break.
• Annual leave: Up to 20 days in the first year, depending on joining date; 22 days in subsequent complete calendar years.
• Portuguese public holidays apply.

Work Location: TP Expo, Parque das Nações, Lisbon, Portugal.
