Online Trading Support

Key Responsibility :

• Coordinate and support equity sales related administrative task, such as: account opening, trade confirmation, supporting document needed.
• Support equity sales to explain the transaction requirements and procedures to customer related the information before opening account, which is carried out under Sales supervision.
• Support equity sales to supervise customer transaction activities and settlement of payments.
• Ensure the customer transaction confirmations are appropriate and sent properly to the customer.
