Onsite IT Support / IT Field Support Engineer

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,200 per month

About the role

Ssquad Global is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Onsite IT Support / IT Field Support Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT peripherals

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user technical issues

• Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls

• Coordinate with remote IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution

• Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues

• Diagnose construction or machinery problems

• Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise

• Oversee repairs and technical improvements

• Inspect and test material and machinery for safety

• Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
