Onsite IT Support Technician

We are looking for an Onsite Support Technician to join an important workplace support project in a 100% onsite modality in Barcelona.

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in onsite technical support and workplace support.
• 2-3 years of experience in direct interaction with users in an office setting.
• Experience in the coordination of activities, visits, and planned assistance to users and sites.
• Knowledge of workstation hardware, peripherals, and local networks.
• Experience in software deployment and management with SCCM, Intune, ManageEngine, or Software Center.
• Experience in proactive maintenance, patching, and equipment installation.
• Knowledge of security procedures, asset management, and inventory.

Nice to have

• Valuable experience in videoconference room support and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Languages

• English level B1.

What you'll get
