Community Summary

Fairways Riviera is a Condominium Association comprised of 238 units built in 1970. The community is located in Hallandale Beach, FL, North of Hallandale Beach Blvd, South of Atlantic Shores Blvd, East of NE 14th Ave, West of S Ocean Dr. Amenities include a Secured Lobby, 2 Pools, a Fitness Center, a Rec Room, and a Sun Deck.

Role Summary

The Onsite Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under direction of the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance
• Ensure completion of work orders using work order system
• General maintenance, janitorial and grounds work throughout the Community Associations
• Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings and structures
• Advising supervisor of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues
• Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing and Painting
