About the Role

We're looking for an experienced OpenMage LTS / Magento Developer to join our team on the Gold Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key development projects while maintaining and improving the platforms that support our growing organisation.

You'll work across both frontend and backend development, supporting our B2B and B2C websites and collaborating with teams across the business. You'll have exposure to a diverse range of technologies, challenging projects and plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain, develop and improve existing software solutions, primarily OpenMage LTS / Magento

• Design, implement and support frontend and backend website features

• Build and maintain Magento extensions

• Extend and customise core Magento functionality

• Work with Magento models and themes

• Integrate systems and businesses using internal and external APIs

• Support technology solutions across different areas of the business

• Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of our B2B and B2C platforms

About You

• Demonstrated experience with Magento backend development

• Strong experience building and maintaining Magento extensions

• Experience extending and customising core Magento functionality

• Solid understanding of Magento models

• Experience integrating systems through APIs

• Experience with Zend Framework

• Experience customising Magento themes

• MySQL experience is advantageous

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively across the business
