OPERATION ANALYST
Summary
Operations Analyst supporting financial consultancy workflows by tracking metrics, coordinating teams, and improving processes using spreadsheets and basic data tools.
This is a remote position.
The Operations Analyst will support operational efficiency by monitoring processes, analyzing operational data, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, structured, and interested in operations, process improvement, and business execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business and product operations activities.
- Track operational metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Assist in coordinating workflows across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Document operational processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
- Identify process gaps and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalations.
- Support reporting and data analysis for operational decision-making.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience (internships or academic projects included).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of business operations or process management.
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking and reporting)
- Basic data analysis and reporting
- Process mapping and documentation
- KPI tracking and dashboard understanding
- Familiarity with Agile workflows
- Exposure to tools such as Jira or similar task management systems (preferred)
- Basic understanding of business process improvement concepts.
