Responsibilities
Act as a coach through the implementation
- train and coach site champion and site leadership team on OMS FIRST CHOICE principles and elements, performance cube and infrastructure
- present the necessary infrastructure that will enable and deliver OMS FIRST CHOICE [documentation, organizational, physical and technology points of view] and ensure their understanding and commitment
- evaluate site performance cube with site leadership team and OMS FIRST CHOICE champion, aligning ramp-up and next steps to improve utilized capacity
- train and coach the development of OMS FIRST CHOICE culture with site champion, owner and site management team
- ensure OMS FIRST CHOICE standards for new sites / new business driving the site management team to it
OMS FIRST CHOICE Governance – Drive OMS FIRST CHOICE Progress and escalated as needed
- gather the information for standardization control (focused on OMS FIRST CHOICE culture) with sites and monitor the progress with site management team
- review implementation status with each site and report to the country lead accomplishments and critical points
Requirements
- Minimum of 4~9 years of experience in CI or Operation Excellence or supply chain back ground
- Bachelor's degree
- Skill: English communication skill
- Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
- Able to locate Seoul or Icheon area
- Travel occurs in 3~4 times in a month
