💰 Salary: $700 - $1,000 / month,
🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and events, including trading competitions, deposit campaigns, referral programs, AMAs, and partnership events.
2️⃣ Coordinate with Product, Design, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth event launches and execution.
3️⃣ Track and analyze event performance metrics such as participation, trading volume, and conversion rates, and support post-event analysis.
4️⃣ Assist with the preparation, translation, and proofreading of event materials, announcements, and promotional content in both English and Chinese.
5️⃣ Conduct market and competitor research and collect user feedback to support future campaign optimization.
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Fluent in both #English and Mandarin #Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2️⃣ Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and the Web3 industry.
3️⃣ Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
4️⃣ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
5️⃣ Previous experience in operations, marketing, community management, or events is a plus but not required.
