Operation Manager

  • Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on forecasted demand from all outlets, clients, or sales channels.

  • Optimize workflow and station layouts to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.

  • Monitor real-time production to ensure adherence to schedule, portion control, and quality standards.

  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all kitchen processes.

  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
    Directly supervise production supervisors, sous chefs, logistics coordinators, and sanitation leads.

    • Manage staffing schedules, ensuring optimal labor deployment to meet production needs.

    • Conduct training on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment use.

    • Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

    • Handle performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
