Operation Migration Support Analyst

Salary: $3,800 – $4,300 per month

Duties:

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.

• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior

• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required

• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios

• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 0-2 years banking experience.

• Experience in UAT in an added advantage.
