The Technical Ceramics business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges.

Responsibilities
You'll play a key part in helping operational teams successfully adopt Microsoft Dynamics 365. From building practical training plans to supporting supervisors after launch, you'll help ensure new processes are understood, followed, and continuously improved.You'll be the person who can take ERP language and turn it into something meaningful for frontline teams. In short, you'll help make the system work in the real world, not just on paper.What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver shop floor training programs focused on Dynamics 365 processes and workflows
- Develop localized training plans tailored to operational teams and manufacturing environments
- Support employees and supervisors throughout the ERP rollout and post-launch stabilization period
- Evaluate how system changes impact workflow, productivity, and operational performance
- Identify bottlenecks, adoption challenges, and opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with production leaders to monitor process compliance and address deviations
- Partner with project, technical, and operational teams to translate business requirements into practical day-to-day actions
- Help redefine roles, responsibilities, and ways of working as new processes are introduced
- Gather feedback from users and provide insight to the ERP project team on adoption, training needs, and process gaps
- Act as a trusted point of contact between frontline operations and system implementation teams
Qualifications
About You
- Experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ideally within Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a similar platform
- Strong background in operational change management, user adoption, training delivery, and process improvement
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or shop floor environments is highly preferred
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions and engaging with employees at all levels of the business
- Able to balance multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-moving implementation environment
- Practical, hands-on approach to change management. You like solving problems, not just talking about them
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain English
- Confident working independently while building strong relationships across teams
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to lead by example
