Operations Assistant
Job Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations Assistant to join our operations team. You will directly support the Operations Manager in maintaining smooth daily inventory, e-commerce order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label online orders accurately for daily courier collection (Shopee, Lazada, etc).
Stock Keeping & Inventory Control: Perform daily inbound receiving, quality checks, bin location sorting, stock counts, and regular audit checks.
Documentation Preparation: Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), packing lists, tax invoices, and shipping documents accurately.
Customer & Retail Replenishment: Coordinate and pack stock replenishment orders for retail stockists, B2B clients, and partner channels.
Logistics & Courier Coordination: Manage daily inbound/outbound shipments and liaise with 3PL couriers (NinjaVan, J&T, Shopee Xpress, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Warehouse Upkeep: Ensure a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: GCE 'O' Level / GCE 'N' Level / ITE / Polytechnic Diploma.
Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage (Fresh graduates / Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided).
Skills:
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word, email handling).
Familiarity with seller centers (Shopee/Lazada) or basic inventory software is a bonus.
Good eye for detail and accuracy in order picking/packing.
Attributes: Punctual, responsible, physically fit to handle light-to-medium warehouse goods, and a good team player.
Work Schedule & Location
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
