As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnership, and driving revenue growth you have a strong background within the industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you !
Key responsibilities- Execute payments and fund transfers through various banking platforms and payment networks, including SWIFT, local clearing systems, and payment gateways
- Perform reconciliations, exception handling and reporting
- Act as first line of defense to screen payments and transfers in compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Collaborate with Finance Operations to support transactions posting
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance treasury efficiency and automation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in FinTech, Crypto/Digital Asset, Brokerage, Payment Service Provider (PSP), E-wallet, or Financial Institution
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with treasury management or financial operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills
- Detailed-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, would be highly preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
