What you will do:
- Monitor CCTV and escalate safety concerns
- Run data checks and identify operational gaps
- Support programme facilitation and attendance tracking
- Shadow and engage residents during daily routines
- Escort residents for community activities
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Experience in an institutional, residential, or care setting is an advantage
- Comfortable with direct interaction with residents in a structured home environment
- Good observation skills and able to stay alert during monitoring duties
