Operations Executive

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Technician / Operations Executive to join our client's team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites to install, configure, and support software solutions while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. Comprehensive training on the software products will be provided. Key Responsibilities -Visit client locations across the UAE for software installation and setup. -Configure, test, and troubleshoot software applications at client sites. -Provide basic user training and support to clients after installation. -Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. -Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and client feedback. -Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues. -Ensure all company procedures and service standards are followed during client visits. -Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

-1–2 years of UAE work experience in IT support, technical services, operations, or a related field. -Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). -Good verbal and written communication skills in English. -Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance. -Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software applications. -Ability to work independently and travel frequently to client locations. -Physically fit and capable of carrying out site visits and installation activities without restrictions. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
