Operations Management Analyst
Summary
Analyzes operational processes and performance for the Federal Protective Service, producing reports and recommendations to improve efficiency and support executive decisions.
Mayvin is seeking an experienced Operations Management Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service. This is a mission critical position that will support the Government through data analysis and operational and program management support leading to improved organizational and operational performance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational processes and organizational performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct research and analysis of technical and operational data to support executive decision-making
- Develop reports, dashboards, flowcharts, executive briefings, and presentation materials
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare recurring and ad hoc analytical reports
- Evaluate business processes and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze operational data
