About the Role

BMHR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a luxury beauty and aesthetics clinic for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, manage staff performance and ensure excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and supervise departments.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules and workflow.
• Manage inventory, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Handle client complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support revenue growth and continuous business improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality or luxury services is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good financial management and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Must be female.
