A boiler-parts manufacturing company in Tiruchirappalli is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to run day-to-day plant operations. Immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run daily production to meet output and delivery targets
- Lead shop-floor supervisors and teams and allocate work across shifts
- Track quality, wastage and machine utilisation and fix recurring issues
- Coordinate with purchase, vendors and dispatch to keep material moving
- Report operations performance to management and drive process improvements
What You Bring
- Any graduate degree
- Around 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong people-management and planning skills
- Ability to join immediately
