Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager-Residential will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across multiple premium gated communities/residential apartments to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in residential facility management.
Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
Good knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
Familiar with government and statutory compliance.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good planning and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
Willing to travel for site visits within bangalore
Should ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all time.
