Operations Project Support Analyst (Until July 2027) #ESY

· BAU Process Management: Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.

· Operational & Reporting: Produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational score cards,providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance metrics.

· Issue Resolution & Escalation Support: Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream orfunction, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
