Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Operations Specialist provides administrative support to Insurance Services Activities such as (1) sending coverage request to Insurance Company for new and renewal accounts. (2) validating client’s account before releasing the clearance (3) validating the accuracy of the policy prior releasing to the requesting unit. (4) Completion of quotation, cancellation and amendment requests from various business units. (5) Timely submission of banks insurance.

How you'll contribute

• · Addresses and resolves complaints related to insurance.
• · Attends to phone and email inquiries regarding insurance requirements.
• · Creation of Insurance Service No. in IBS for the renewal of coverage.
• · Updating the policy number in the IBS once policy is received from Insurance Co.
• · Negotiation of insurance coverage with our providers to achieve competitive rates and terms and conditions for new and existing client.
• · Reviews and validates the issued policy from Insurance Co. prior releasing to the requesting unit.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management
• Knowledgeable in Insurance transactions.
• Effective communication skills and can work with minimum
• Can work in fast paced and dynamic environment and keen to details
