📋 Job Requirements:

• Coordinate daily operations between drivers, dispatch, and the office
• Manage fleet records: registrations, permits, maintenance schedules, and equipment status
• Handle insurance tasks: policy tracking, certificates, adding and removing units and drivers, and claims support
• Support accounting: invoicing, driver settlements, expense tracking, and accounts receivable and payable follow-up
• Keep compliance documents current and organized (DOT/FMCSA)
• Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, customers, and vendors

📝 Notes:
Nice to have:

• Experience with a TMS or fleet software
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
• Experience in a small or growing company
