About the Position
Assist the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of two business units - the main kitchen and commissary. The Operations Supervisor will work to foster a supportive and positive relationship between units and departments. Maintain DO & CO standards to exceed clients’ expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations activities such as but not limited to packing, transportation, logistics, food production and dispatch.
Supervise processing time to avoid delays and missing items.
Ensure information including any updates is communicated accurately and timely to each department.
Motivate, train, schedule, and assist all dishwashing, packing, and assembly teams. Ensure compliance with all airlines, airports, ports and all other applicable rules/regulations.
Manage and increase efficiency of packing and rotating equipment.
Ensure punctuality and accuracy of assigned flights including handoff to aircraft crew.
Manage and disseminate all incoming operational information to affected departments; working with urgency and according to internal company rules.
Perform monthly inventory and assist with necessary changes in specifications.

Hands-on, problem solving, solutions-driven approach needed. Be ready to roll your sleeves up and provide the best possible service to our partners.
Passionate about high-end cuisine, a love of food, and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
Meticulous attention to detail. Data driven with the ability to manipulate and explain the data.
Manage mentorship and training of new and existing team members.
Efficient and decisive decision maker with the ability to manage several competing priorities.
Have a great understanding and working knowledge of the whole unit and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands-on approach.
All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
