Operations Supervisor/Warehouse Supervisor (Data Centre Logistics) - Up to $5500
Summary
Oversee day-to-day logistics for data center hardware, including rack deployment, reverse logistics, and team performance, ensuring SLA compliance and safety standards.
- Position: Operations/Warehouse Supervisor (Data Centre Logistics)
- Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 basic + AWS + medical and dental benefits
- Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily data center logistics operations, including rack deployment, hardware handling, reverse logistics and ticket management.
- Monitor SLA and SLO performance across multiple sites and ensure service standards are achieved.
- Lead, coach and develop the operations team while managing performance and staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer, safety and operational procedures.
- Coordinate manpower, maintenance schedules and 5S housekeeping activities.
- Attend customer meetings, resolve operational issues and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor team utilization, productivity and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse or data center operations.
- Diploma or Degree will be an advantage.
- Proven experience leading operational teams.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, network components or data center operations will be an advantage.
- Able to perform manual handling of equipment up to 25kg when required.
- Willing to travel between customer sites when required.
