The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, process-oriented, and capable of maintaining high accuracy in operational tasks.Verify documents received for modifications from various branches. Process service requests (SRs) within defined turnaround time (TAT). Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and data entry. Communicate with branch teams to resolve queries and clarify documentation issues. Maintain records and logs of processed requests for audit and compliance. Use desktop/laptop systems efficiently for operational tasks and reporting.
