Primary Duties:
- Serves as a reliable and flexible resource, primarily supporting Receiving, while demonstrating the ability to assist across distribution center operations, including order picking, shipping, fabrication, and CMV driving, based on daily business needs
- Learns and accurately executes processes and systems to meet quality and productivity expectations
- Partners with DC Manager and warehouse leaders (REC, PICK, SHIP) to execute daily priorities
- Commitment to safety and, when assigned, operates Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with all safety rules, training, and applicable DOT/company requirements
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards and participating in continuous improvement practices
- Promotes Operational Excellence and our company Swagger through teamwork, communication, and a willingness to support other related duties as assigned
