Oversee daily production line operations in a medical device manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and output targets while managing materials and reporting data to supervisors.
1. Ensure compliance to Alcon policy.
2. Ensure operators comply to SOPs.
3. Ensure operators meeting hourly output target.
4. Supply production data to Supervisor.
5. Ensure all relevant production materials are in place.
6. Adherence to Alcon values & standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conducts.
7. To observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
