Summary
Operates and monitors semiconductor assembly and testing equipment in a manufacturing plant, following safety protocols and quality procedures to produce electronic components.
Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
Executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations:
* Die preparation and attachment;
* Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc.;
* Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components;
* Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools).
Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures.

Applies generic skills to execute assigned sequenced work in loops.
May utilize simple tools, devices to assemble (same) pieces to parts, in a highly repetitive mode.
Keeps work place assigned in a clean state.
Obeys internal work rules and environment, health & safety regulations, as valid for the workplace.
