Ophthalmic Staff Nurse [WCAN]

Provide nursing assistance to ophthalmic surgeons during eye-related operative procedures and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Perform Scrub Nurse responsibilities in accordance with established procedures, clinical protocols and professional standards.

Coordinate with relevant departments and healthcare teams to facilitate the safe and efficient transport and transfer of patients.

Escort and orientate patients during transfers while ensuring their safety, comfort and privacy.

Provide appropriate post-operative recovery care and monitor patients in accordance with established nursing protocols.

Participate in the review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies and procedures.

Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned by management.
