The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our Connected Crew & Optimised Flying mission within Airline Operations Technology. In this critical role, you will provide day-to-day operational support and service management to keep our business-critical applications and data stable, reliable, and secure.
Working alongside Product Managers, Technical Specialists, and delivery teams, you will support system health and help implement application changes safely into live operations. Your efforts will directly enable safe, punctual, and fuel-efficient flights across three key areas\:
· Connected Crew\: Apps used by pilots and cabin crew for communications and flight decisions.
· Safety & Crew Training\: Safety reporting, training records, and compliance platforms.
· Fuel Optimisation\: Digital tools and data feeds that track fuel efficiency and flight performance.
What You Will Do
· Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for applications and data, ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed service levels.
· Support the response during major P1 and P2 incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external software suppliers for fast service recovery.
· Triage operational issues effectively, resolving software and data problems directly while routing hardware or MDM issues to appropriate platform teams.
· Monitor system health dashboards and data links to catch technical glitches, data drops, or tracking delays before they impact flights, crew, or compliance.
· Assist with testing, validation, and operational readiness checks to ensure new features and software updates land smoothly in live operations.
· Manage user access and permissions across operational platforms in line with airline security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
· Produce straightforward operational reports and dashboards to highlight service trends and track supplier performance.
· Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota to provide support for critical operational incidents.
