Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Fit: Measure, design, fit, and adapt lenses and frames for patients based on optical prescriptions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting patients in selecting frames and ensuring the perfect fit for their eyewear.
- Precision & Accuracy: Prepare work orders for optical labs, verify the exactness of finished lenses, and make necessary adjustments.
- Eyewear Management: Manage eyewear orders, perform quality inspections, and maintain inventory levels.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care, and provide follow-up services including adjustments and repairs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with prescribing providers, collaborate with existing personnel for a cohesive experience for our patients, and assist in training new personnel.
