Marion Eye Centers, proudly serving patients for 47 years, is a well-established, physician-led OD/MD group with 32 locations across Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. We are seeking full-time, career-oriented Optometrists to join our state-of-the-art practice.

Our integrated medical model allows our doctors to practice at the highest level, providing:

• Comprehensive primary eye care
• Ocular disease management
• Pre- and post-operative surgical care

We own and operate our own fully digital optical laboratory and accredited surgery centers, ensuring our providers have the clinical tools, advanced technology, and team support needed to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus production bonus
• Total compensation range: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
