Optometrist / Optician |Up to $4,000 + Up to 2 Months Bonus | Novena | 5.5 Days

💰 Salary: Up to S$4,000 Basic + Up to 2 Months Bonus

📍 Location: Novena

🕘 Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:30pm

• Saturday: 8:30am–1:00pm

📅 Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and refractions.

• Assess visual function and prescribe appropriate optical correction.

• Conduct pre- and post-operative assessments for laser vision correction, cataract surgery and other ophthalmic procedures.

• Perform diagnostic investigations including OCT, corneal topography, biometry, pachymetry and visual field testing.

• Accurately document clinical findings and maintain patient records.

• Educate patients on eye conditions, treatment options, surgical procedures and post-operative care.

• Work closely with ophthalmologists, nurses, optometrists and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations.

• Participate in professional development, clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

• Receive comprehensive training in advanced ophthalmic diagnostic technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry.

• Current registration with the Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore, or eligibility for registration.

• Knowledge of refraction, contact lens fitting and common ocular conditions.

• Interest in developing expertise in ophthalmic diagnostics and refractive surgery.
