Key Responsibilities

Conduct eye examinations and assess customers’ visual requirements.

Perform refraction tests and determine appropriate lens prescriptions.

Identify common vision problems and refer customers to ophthalmologists when required.

Recommend suitable spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses.

Explain lens types, coatings, and eyewear options to customers.

Assist customers in selecting frames according to their preferences and requirements.

Maintain accurate patient records and examination details.

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of optometry equipment.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Support store sales and achieve assigned business targets, where applicable.
